Our Guarantee

Quality Audio offers a 30 Day policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help. Please call our returns department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will be happy to help you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Of course, some limitations and restrictions apply. Please contact your account manager for details.

Payment Methods

Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Quality Audio Inc.

Credit Cards — We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.


Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Company Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.

International Orders
 
  • There is a minimum order of $150.00 for all international orders
  • All international orders must be paid by wire transfer or money order, our system does NOT accept international credit cards, or paypal

    Return Policy

    Product Returns We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.

    All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. (There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective opened/unopened items).

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please e-mail us within 15 days for a refund (less 15% restocking fee). All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

    Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective.

    Dead-On-Arrival Products For orders that are Dead-On-Arrival (D.O.A.), Quality Audio Inc. will arrange for a same item replacement.

    Product Refunds We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.

    Product Replacements If you are not satisfied, or your product doesn't function normally within the 15 day limit, you may return it for a replacement of the same, or a different item. (exchanges made with non-defective items will incur the same 15% restocking fee as with all other returns). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . We do not ship out the replacement until we receive the original order back. You may however, place another order for the item which will ship immediately, and Quality Audio Inc. will credit your card once we receive the returned item.

    Required Return Procedures: Before returning any item for any reason, you must e-mail or call Quality Audio Inc. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be written on the outside of the box. Items received without an RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused. You can e-mail us for an RMA number and return address instructions at returns@qualitycaraudio.com Please include your name, and the order number in your message. Any item returned can either be sent via US Mail or UPS Ground, but you MUST provide Quality Audio Inc. with a tracking number via e-mail when returning your product. Without a valid tracking number your return cannot be accepted for legal reasons.

    All items being returned must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), etc. Items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. If some of the packaging is missing, or you do not ship it back within 10 days, the package will be sent back and your 30 day guarantee will be forfeited.

    Please include the following information when returning an item:

    1. Your RMA number (printed on outside of box) 2. A copy of your original invoice (inside of box) 3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.
