Quality Audio offers a 30 Day policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help.

Return Policy

Please call our returns department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will be happy to help you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Of course, some limitations and restrictions apply. Please contact your account manager for details.

Payment Options

Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Quality Audio Inc.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept money orders as a payment. Please be sure to mail out your money order right away after placing the order. Once we receive the money order, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
Payment for international orders have to be made via wire transfer or western union. Once payment is made, please email us a copy of the confirmation of the payment. Once we receive payment, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
