The Ruggard Outrigger 45 is designed for photographers who need organized, padded storage for a standard DSLR system, including a camera with an attached 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, additional lenses, accessories, and a tablet.

The spacious main camera compartment includes seven removable padded dividers that can be configured for different equipment layouts. Two large rigid padded dividers and five smaller dividers allow the interior to be separated into multiple sections, while an elastic touch-fastened band helps secure larger lenses.

Four zippered storage areas provide dedicated organization for photography and everyday accessories. The front pocket measures 8 x 7.25 inches and includes small slip-in organizer slots and a mesh stash pocket. A separate compartment accommodates a tablet. Another compartment measures 14.5 x 8.5 inches and includes three memory card pockets, two stretch pockets, and a key ring.

Additional storage includes two expandable exterior side pockets with touch-fastened closures and two large zippered mesh pockets on the inside of the front flap. The front zippered flap opens fully for convenient access to the main camera compartment.

The exterior uses tough 600D polyester with a 200D polyester interior lining and a padded interior for protecting camera equipment. An attached rain cover stores at the base of the backpack for additional protection during changing weather conditions.

For carrying comfort, the backpack features a breathable padded mesh back panel, padded shoulder straps, a sternum strap, a hideaway waist strap, and a nylon top carrying handle. Adjustable tripod straps at the base allow photographers to carry a tripod or similar support equipment with the backpack.
